Serious human rights violations in Mexico. A panoramic review

The academia often addresses human rights; however, critical aspects such as serious violations are frequently overlooked. There is a shortage of studies analyzing the recommendations of the National Human Rights Commission (CNDH) regarding these violations. This work highlights the role of the CNDH and relevant authorities, providing a preliminary overview of the situation in Mexico, from a conceptual framework to statistical data on investigations into serious human rights violations.
