La ética global de la IA en la recuperación del COVID-19: revisión narrativa y análisis ético del Contrato Social Personalista de la optimización de la eficacia de la salud pública y la equidad social impulsada por la IA

Resumen

El COVID-19 sigue teniendo un costo devastador para la comunidad humana mundial, tanto desde el punto de vista clínico como financiero, pero también pone de manifiesto las desigualdades sociales estructurales y la ineficacia técnica de los gobiernos y de los sistemas sanitarios de todo el mundo, que siguen luchando por responder y recuperarse de esta crisis histórica. Este artículo pretende ofrecer el primer análisis ético basado en una revisión narrativa de las contramedidas de la inteligencia artificial (IA) con el potencial realista de acelerar y multiplicar las contramedidas para mejorar la gestión pre-, intra- y post-pandémica, optimizando los resultados de la salud pública sin sacrificar la equidad social. Al comenzar con la persona humana en el sistema ético metafísico y antropológico del Contrato Social Personalista en un estilo que es conciso y accesible, este artículo busca unir la ciencia y la ética, las naciones desarrolladas y en desarrollo, las economías basadas en el mercado y las no basadas en el mercado, y los sistemas de creencias religiosas afiliadas y no afiliadas en la visión compartida de un futuro más saludable y más justo para cada paciente y población.
