Evaluation of learning outcomes of an Educational Leadership course based on the DIA Methodology

Abstract
In the fall of 2022, the “Educational Leadership” Course was launched through the DIA methodology, with the objective of developing knowledge, skills, mental schemas and pedagogical practices aimed at transforming the way of being of leaders in the educational field. The Monitoring and Evaluation team fulfills the task of evaluating whether the learning objectives set by the course are met or not and to what extent. This article presents the effects of the course on the participating teachers and the fulfillment of the learning objectives set out in it. Next, the design of objectives, the literature review, construction of results, implementation and finally the presentation of results are presented. The most significant learnings are outlined with emphasis on the practical application of said methodology for measuring learning results.
