Abstract
Por medio del presente ensayo, se intenta ofrecer una síntesis, manejada de la manera más estricta posible metodológicamente hablando, sobre las fuentes formales del Derecho Internacional Público; con el propósito de estudiar estas últimas, su naturaleza y comparativamente verificar su importancia.
