Abstract
Todas las corrientes filosóficas, ya directa ya indirectamente han tratado de llegar a la esencia del Derecho y de la Ley; y cada una de ellas, al dar su explicación particular de este problema, la mayoría de las veces trata en forma indistinta al Derecho y a la Ley.
