Abstract
El dominico fray Domingo de Soto (1495-1560) forma, junto con el también dominico fray Francisco de Vitoria (1486-1546) y el jesuita Francisco Suárez (1548-1617), la terna suprema de teólogos juristas durante el Siglo de Oro dieron renombre internacional a la intelectualidad española.
