Abstract
En toda investigación jurídica y por consecuencia en toda tesis de derecho concurren tres elementos esenciales: el investigador-estudiante; los medios materiales para la investigación (tesis) y el objeto de la investigación (tema en sí o institución jurídica específica). Analizaremos brevemente cada uno de ellos:
