Abstract
Principiaré por hacer aunque sea una breve referencia al fundamento constitucional que motivó la privatización de la banca en nuestro país.
Me refiero concretamente a la reforma del Artículo 28 de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.
