Abstract
Como primer paso para ensayar una teoría conciliadora de la norma básica, se trata de ver cuáles son las principales notas distintivas entre los dos máximos exponentes de la misma, la “Grundnorm” de Kelsen y la “Rule of recognition” de Hart.
