Abstract
Históricamente, siempre ha sido un anhelo, el conservar y fomentar las cualidades morales y el cumplimiento de los deberes notariales. Ejemplo de ello, se encuentra en el prólogo del libro de Josef Febrero que en lo conducente transcribo:
