Abstract
Desde el preciso momento en que la doctrina mercantilista mexicana aceptó la figura jurídica del fideicomiso como acto u operación de comercio, o bien como Contrato Mercantil, se iniciaron las cuestiones para determinar su naturaleza jurídica y sus objetos.
