Abstract
El Ombudsman es una institución de origen sueco. La palabra Ombudsman, significa, gramaticalmente hablando, “aquel que habla por otro”; esto es, el representante, el portavoz del ciudadano, aquel que está destinado a jugar un papel de intermediario entre el ciudadano y los poderes públicos.
