Prácticas sociales de RSE en empresas familiares. ¿Contribuyen a la sostenibilidad empresarial y los ODS 3, 4, 5 y 8? Una revisión sistemática de la literatura

Resumen

El presente estudio busca identificar por medio de una revisión sistemática de literatura si las empresas familiares realizan prácticas sociales de responsabilidad social empresarial (RSE), si estas contribuyen a su sostenibilidad empresarial en el largo plazo y si aportan a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) 3, 4, 5 y 8. La investigación se desarrolló a partir de una revisión bibliográfica de 46 publicaciones, efectuada de enero de 2015 a febrero de 2023, en la base de datos de WoS. Entre los resultados, se identificó que las empresas familiares sí realizan actividades sociales de RSE, sin embargo, no se logran asociar estas prácticas directamente a resultados en la sostenibilidad empresarial y el aporte a los ODS es escaso.

Tania Mora Ortega tiene un máster en Psicología del Trabajo y de las Organizaciones de la Universidad de Costa Rica. Actualmente es estudiante de doctorado en Dirección de Empresas del Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Participa como investigadora en proyectos nacionales e internacionales en temas de empresas familiares, RSE y ODS.
